This badge is awarded to participants that successfully complete the Top Rope Belay certification. Belaying is approved with supervision by a Youth Programs Climbing Wall Leader ONLY.
Once the member turns 18 years of age they may request the non-age specific badge and belay in more situations without requiring a Youth Programs CWL present.
