Meet at Safeway in Old Colorado City at 7:00 am to carpool to trailhead. 

This is a lovely hike, but as with any late season backpack, come prepared for cold and potentially snow. If too much snow (in leader's opinion) falls before the trip, or is forecast, leader will cancel trip.
