I may do some flyfishing on this trip. If you are a fishing person and need some pointers I could possibly help.

We will probably do a day hike on Wed 25th to one of the nearby peaks.

I will have a Bluetooth speaker, feel free to bring a playlist. We will play some mellow rock, folk music.

Sand Beach Lake is a beautiful location. I have led backpacking trips to SB for many years.

Feel free to call my cell if you have any questions regarding Backpacking or Flyfishing. I am very passionate about both.

Rocky Mount National Park requires that we all bring bear canisters for food, scented items, we can discuss sharing them once the group is established

There is a $36 dollar reservation fee that we will split as a group

Participants need to be a member of CMC BPX section. If you have any questions regarding this, please call my cell, number above.

I watched the Weather very closely. if it appears it's going to be an extremely rainy trip I will either cancel or reschedule. Generally people don't want to Backpack when it is rainy all day.

Once we have our group established, we will determine our meeting place.
