Hiking – Pueblo Trail System
An afternoon stroll from the Moffat Street trailhead around Runyon Lake to the confluence with Fountain Creek. Walk through cottonwood groves & by lakes; look for urban deer, fox, and osprey along the Arkansas. Check out the labyrinth in the neglected Mahatma Gandhi Peace Garden.

This is part of the paved river trail network, and can be busy with bikers & fishermen. Dogs are welcome; please pick up after them.
Moffat Street is immediately beyond the traffic light where Santa Fe Avenue becomes Santa Fe Drive. There is a sign for the trailhead, and a good parking lot. Meet at 2:00 p.m. Contact the leader if this doesn't make sense.
