Evelyn’s Rainbow Unicorn Birthday Party!  (Host Details)

Description: Get ready for an afternoon of rainbow fun with rock climbing, snacks, and plenty of laughter. All climbing gear and equipment will be provided—just bring a water bottle and comfy clothes for climbing. Parents are welcome to stay, but it’s not required; kids can be checked in and out as needed. Parking is available on the southeast side of the lot, and you’ll enter through the southeast double doors.

When: Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, from 10:00–12:30 PM

Price: $415*

Price includes:

> 2.5 hours of party activity/space

> Set up: 9:30am; Breakdown: 12:45pm

> 15 participants/15 climbers

> No restrictions to how many guardians/party guests attending if they are not participants/climbers

> All climbing equipment and climbing gear for 15 participants

> Tables set up

> Trash disposal

> Two CMC Youth Instructors to provide belaying and curriculum

Waivers: All participants/climbers will need to fill out a CMC waiver before climbing. This can be done before the party via a digital waiver or on the day of the party, via a paper waiver. Please let Sarah Schuller (sarahs@cmc.org) know if you prefer a digital or paper version of the waiver for your guests.
