Climbing Wall Opening Sign in
This form is for youth instructors to sign in at the climbing wall. Typically, only one instructor needs to complete it—ideally, the lead instructor should take the lead on this whenever possible. Please include your name and any relevant notes. The daily checklist can be found posted near the climbing wall, on the bulletin board in the youth instructor office, and is also linked on both the pre-brief computer and the instructor desktop.
