CMC Youth Programs Financial Assistance Application

Application for those interested in financial assistance for afterschool programs, camps, and courses.

At this time we are accepting financial assistance applications for our Summer 2026 camps &course.

You MUST apply for financial assistance before registering. No financial assistance can be given once a camp or course has been purchased. 

2026 Financial Assistance Updates:
Awards are based on household need, program type, and available funds, and are designed to support as many campers as possible. For summer 2026 we will be implementing a new financial assistance need band that will help us provide a more consistent, equitable framework for awarding financial assistance while still addressing individual circumstances. As well as limit our financial assistance to one camp spot per camper. The goal is to support as many campers as possible while maintaining program sustainability and access. 
 
Families are encouraged to communicate with us if cost remains a barrier after an award is offered.

Financial Assistance Award
High Need
up to 70% of registration costs
Moderate Need
up to 50% of registration costs
Some Need 
30-40% of registration costs
Limited Need
10 - 20% of registration costs 

Applications will be accepted until all funds for this season have been allocated. At that point, you can still submit an application to be put on our waitlist. If you are on our waitlist you will be notified if any of our financial assistance awards become available. 

Please fill out the form below to be considered for financial assistance. You will hear back from a staff member within 3 business days. Our financial assistance is on a rolling basis and we provided financial assistance based off individual needs and remaining funds. Application forms should be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the start of your program. Please fill out a separate application for each participant/youth.
