CMC Youth Programs Financial Assistance Application

At this time we are accepting financial assistance applications for our Holiday and Winter 2025-2026 camps.

We will be accepting Summer 2026 FA applications starting 12/22/25. If you fill out an application between 12/22/25 and 1/4/25 you will receive a response prior to registration opening on 1/6/2026.

You MUST apply for financial assistance before registering. No financial assistance can be given once a camp or course has been purchased. 

Applications will be accepted until all funds for this season have been allocated. At that point, you can still submit an application to be put on our waitlist. If you are on our waitlist you will be notified if any of our financial assistance awards become available. 

Please fill out the form below to be considered for financial assistance. You will hear back from a staff member within 5 business days. Our financial assistance is on a rolling basis year round. We provided financial assistance based off individual needs and remaining funds. Application forms should be submitted no later than 1 week prior to the start of your program. Please fill out a separate application for each participant/youth.
