Hiking – Heizer Trail

Environmental Awareness – Chair Rocks via Colorado Trail

Join author, long-distance hiker and CMC leader Karl Ford on an educational hike through the Buffalo Creek Burn on the Colorado Trail. Karl has completed the CT twice and is a Triple Crowner. His new book "Colorado Trail in Crisis." presents the climate-caused changes already occurring in our mountain ecosystems along the Trail and throughout the state. We should see spring wildflowers blooming! We won't go all the way to Chair Rocks.
