Attendees will learn about the importance of proper hydration and nutrition before, during, and after training, receive guidance on fueling strategies that support energy, performance, and recovery. Also, how to build a plan to improve uphill ability, starting at different fitness levels and goals. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of the physical and nutritional foundations needed to take on hills with confidence.
