Winter Sports Night at Black Diamond

We'll have an information table from Climb Avy Aware, a Boulder-based non-profit focused on making backcountry ice climbing in Colorado safer by getting climbs rated using the Avalanche Terrain Exposure Scale (ATES). There will also be an opportunity to play the ATES Risk Game and test your decision-making abilities.

We'll also have an opportunity to meet Boulder Colorado Mountain Club Trip Leaders and get psyched for winter sports including Snowshoeing, Nordic Skiing, Uphill Skiing at Eldora, Ice Climbing, and 10th Mountain Hut trips.

Trip Leaders for the CMC's winter camping school will be presenting as well.

All attendees will get a special in store discount on Black Diamond products for the night.
