The Boulder Risk Management School is hosting an open discussion for Boulder Group Trip Leaders on an important topic - how do we as leaders manage risk by managing ego? This includes our own egos as leaders, as well as the egos of our participants. Some basic risk management concepts will be presented, followed by an open discussion.
