Tired of the same old oatmeal packets and jerky? Host of Outdoor Eats TV, Chef Corso is your culinary guide to the outdoors and he will share some fast, easy and tasty recipes to elevate your meal plan on your next adventure.

All recipes are mindful of pack weight/volume, require no pre-prep or dehydrating and focus on real fresh ingredients rather than dry, salty and expensive packaged meals.  Elevate your meals in the outdoors with Outdoor Eats!

We'll start with a little happy hour before Chef Corso's live cooking demo including breakfast, lunch and dinner - all cooked on a camp stove. The final touch will be desserts prepared by the audience. Bring your own mess kit and spork so you can taste these delicacies.

Chef Corso will bring a selection of his cook books for sale (cash, Venmo, or credit card). This event will be held outdoors at CMC Basecamp. Participants will be advised how to dress for the weather and what they may need to bring with them.

NOTE: This event is part of a series of educational events hosted by the BPX Backpacking Section for BPX Members.
