    MARKETING RESOURCES

Please fill out the following form if you'd like additional marketing help from the Colorado Mountain Club to promote your class, school, or event: Colorado Mountain Club Marketing Request

The earlier that you submit your request, the higher the chance that it will be able to be added to our marketing calendar. Read The Lead (delivered via email to trip leaders and leader volunteers) each month to find out about additional special promotional opportunities at events!

    ONGOING PROMOTIONAL DEADLINES:

    • The Rucksack (monthly e-newsletter sent to 25K+ readers): Seven (7) days before the 1st of the month (e.g. October Rucksack deadline would be September 24th)
    • Social Media (@coloradomtnclub on Instagram and @ColoradoMountainClub on Facebook): 1-2 weeks before posting (high-res photos must be provided for inclusion in social media). Tagging us and/or making us collaborators on posts is a good way to let us easily share your posts!
    • Tabling at Events in Golden and Denver: Reel Rock (November 2026), Backcountry Film Festival (December 2026 & January 2027), Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour (2027 dates TBD), Freehub PRESENTS: A Mountain Bike Film Festival (2027 dates TBD), and various smaller events at CMC Basecamp.
