RMOTHG Annual Meeting

Join us for our Annual Meeting at the Fossil Trace golf club, nestled in the foothills of Golden surrounded by a beautiful lush golf course. We will host a brunch buffet, including eggs, potatoes, bacon/sausage, and french toast. Coffee/tea and orange juice are included, mixed drinks are available at the cash bar.

We will also have a guest speaker, Salvador Bastien, who is a Paleontologist from the Museum of Nature and Science. He will be sharing the stories of some of the recent discoveries and how they help us understand our planet's history. These include some amazing specimens of the iconic dinosaurs Triceratops and T-Rex, some of the first mammals to bounce back after the dinosaur extinction, and even a d dinosaur fossil you may have seen in the news recovered from 763 feet below the museum parking lot. Find out what paleontologists look for when they hunt for fossils and how you can make discoveries of your own. 

To cap off this wonderful event, we will  honor all our 2025 trip leaders and announce our new board members.
