Join us for a guided tour of the historic cabin homesteaded in 1918 by Drs. Archibald and Rachael Staunton and their daughter Frances.

We will have a private tour of the primary cabin and several other cabins on the homesteaded site of the Staunton family.  The residence is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  Our group will meet at the Lower Lazy V parking lot and proceed to the Historic Cabin (HC) trail and walk the 1/4 mile to the cabin where we will meet our guide.    After we view the primary cabin, we will walk to the nearby smaller cabins on the property.   The out and back from the parking lot to include the cabins toured , will total about one mile.
